L’emplacement est parfait. À 1 min à pied de la plage pour le levé de soleil matinal, mais assez loin des restos et bars pour ne pas être dérangé par le karaoké lorsque les portes sont fermées. En face d’une boulangerie pour le petit déjeuner et à 30 sec d’une épicerie ou l’on trouve de tout pour passer un bon séjour. L’appartement est également très bien équipé côté équipements de plage ou pour faire les courses. Le lit est aussi vraiment très confortable.

La cuisinette est bien équipé pour faire des repas très simple, mais il ne faut pas s’attendre à pouvoir faire de grandes recettes à cet endroit. De nombreux restaurants à la place du village très agréable sont néanmoins à 2 pas du logement.

Apt was clean, beautiful and well furnished. Close to beach, stores and restaurants. Framboise was so nice and helpful. This was my second stay and I would stay again.

Un appartement, calme, propre, climatisé, très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la plage d'Orient Bay, sécurisé, proche des commerces (avec boulangerie très pratique pour prendre le petit-déjeuner), de bons restaurants, de l'aéroport de Grand-Case, très bien équipé (jusque dans le détail) et donnant sur une terrasse et un jardin très bien entretenu. Avec une place de parking réservé et un accueil très chaleureux et beaucoup de disponibilité et de conseils précieux de la propriétaire. Bref tout a été réuni pour passer un excellent séjour de détente et de découverte de Saint-Martin ! Une adresse idéale que nous recommandons chaudement, sans aucune hésitation !!!

The apartment is truly amazing! Everything was 10/10 for me. The bed, the kitchen, the garden - everything was clean beyond my expectations. WiFi is strong, A/C works perfectly. The lamps provide warm light (which I’m a sucker for). Location is also 10/10, walking distance to Orient Beach and all the good restaurants. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful colonial architecture. Framboise was great host and communicator - left me snacks and water as welcome gift. Espresso machine with capsules was also provided. He texted me and checked everything is fine, giving me recommendations about bastille day that was happening during my stay and gave me the option for late check out and early check in without me asking. I really couldn’t ask for more! I travel a lot, and I wish the get the same standards in every place I go. Highly recommended!

Ça n'a rien à voir avec le logement mais la plage orientale envahie par les sargasses va constituer un frein au tourisme

Lovely 1bedroom apartment with all amenities and perfect location for unwinding in orient bay. Great host, with easy communcation. Kitchen fully stocked and helpful to have beach towels available. Less than 5 minutes to the beach on foot, and directly next door to the 'village center' of restaurants. PS. Check Sebastien Quillere in Mount Vernon Shopping area, for the best pâtisserie of the island.

I would not call this a hidden gem, because the accomodation is public and possible to book, but due to the details it is a real gem. The location, the equipment, the accessories, the cleanliness. Just perfect, as you would be arriving home. The owner is Framboise, she is really kind and always willing to help with good advices or suggestions. If u are thinking about a planned visit to the French side of SXM, do not hesitate, just book this studio, if available.

Perfect location in the heart of Orient Bay—surrounded by restaurants, with a supermarket just across the street, and less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. The studio was spotless, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the Nespresso machine, the full-sized fridge with freezer, and the fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. The garden was also a lovely feature, providing a quiet and pleasant spot to relax. Communication with Framboise, the host, was easy and efficient.
