New and fresh building itself, with private parking on the basement, AC inside of the property was very helpful, black-out windows also is good thing to sleep during a day

The main thing that was not mentioned anywhere in description or in the private messages is that this property is located in the new-builded building. And that this building consist of many blocks and that one of them is still in the construction progress. So every day, starting from early morning you can enjoy sounds of a puncher and screams of the workers. Despite the property is new build, new doesn't mean fine quality. Minor and major issues were found almost in every room and this spoils the overall feeling of the apartment. Especially when it is so highly priced.
