Amazing location for a short walk into York, although tucked away in perhaps a rougher area of the City. The property is warm and comfortable and in a quiet residential street.

The property was generally clean, but not spotless - a deep clean is definitely required. It was slightly annoying to have to adjust the boiler myself to get adequate hot water to the showers. Question marks over the gas safe cert and PAT testing that the landlord really should be made aware of.

The be#rooms and all the bedding was clean and lovely white good quality. Have the 4 bedroom where ideal for size of family.

I contacted yourself with this issue . Found under sofa dirt and chicken nuggat .there was also a spillage on the floor that wasn't cleaned which if the floors had been cleaned wouldn't have been there . E Rug on floor very slippy when standing on it . Young children or elderly dangerous . I took the rug away from floor myself. Found crumbs under rug and found crums under the toaster. Also found sock in washing machine. Upstairs shower you can't get hot water if some one else using this. Shower around door needs cleaned. And need some cleaning rubber at bottom of door. Bedrooms require black out blind or curtains for people to have the option. Some blind broken I feel that I should be refunded cleaning fee or something. As I felt the whole place wasn't cleaned enough or it wasn't done thoroughly. In the description of the Bedrooms layout it said that the master room was a king size and can be twin which was great. But it sain the other two Bedrooms had kin size bed I didn't think they were . They where only doubles.

Location was good; only 20 minutes walke to almost anywhere

Table seemed unsteady Cooker oven was filthy

Very clean and plenty of space for a family of 7.

Some kitchen things missing which would have been handy- draining rack, fish slice, hand towel. Small complaint but didn’t negatively impact our stay.
