Spotlessly clean. Great location one block off the beach. Would recommend.

The property is located almost 50 metres to the beach and is fantastic for that purpose. We were met with the owners on arrival and explained everything and they managed to solve the internet connection there and then. Very kind owners who also waited for us when we went to collect our jacket the next day after checkout. The only gripe is the sofabed sinks in the middle and is very soft. Kitchen facilities include most things except an electric kettle. Host even offered us beach umbrella which we did not use however kind gesture.

Very good location in a quiet street close to the beach and a short walk to historical center, supermarkets and restaurants. The hosts are friendly, helpful and communication was easy.

A microwave would be helpful.

The apartment is new, walking distance from the beach. Everything was clean and we were personally received by the host. Whatever was needed the host was there to help

The apartment was clean & spacious, literally a minute from the beach. Our host Nicoletta was super friendly, provided an expresso on arrival & also transport to & from the station.

Well located. The apartment is confortable, and has everything you might need.

We had to pay extra for sheets and towels, which was not described in the location's info when I booked it. The owner doesn't speak English, so communication was not that easy. Still, our stay was great.

Casa Vacanze Orte was one of my best experience with accomodation in Italy, so a pleasant surprise indeed. First of all, off course many thanks to Nicoletta, our host, she cares about her guests to have stress-free stay. The apartment itself is comfortable and value for the money, considering you need not more than 1 minute walk to the sandy beach and also most of the restaurants and the old town are in a few minutes walk. Kitchen is well equipped, bath with amenities, bedroom with comfortable double bed, washing mashine, iron, outside space to dry your beachwear and clothes after washing.

Perfect location, two steps from the beach. The hosts were great, gave us a bottle of prosseco on the first night and were very comprehensive during the check out.

Lovely apartment, well stocked with everything you can possibly need during your stay. The owners are absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for us. excellent location - less than a block to the beach, short stroll to the old center and the cathedral.

the walls are a little thin - the people staying next to us were quite loud and made a lot of noise coming home late at night.
