Views and amenities

Broken elevators. Taking too long. Out of towels at the pool. Room smelled when we entered. Fridge smelled horrid. Food left in cupboard from previous residents. Bugs.

Very friendly atmosphere for families and had fun activities for kids all ages. Very clean and nice staff. We will be coming back again soon!

Location

The room was not cleaned as it should be, the pullout couch was dirty, and the sheets were too, the bed from the wall behind it was very dirty, there were not any extra towels or extra toilet paper or even tissues. I kept receiving calls throughout the night and morning and someone kept hanging up. I even got a few knocks on the doors throughout the night in the afternoon. That was really annoying. I will never book again at this location because overall it was not up to standards.

Everything

The view was amazing and it was very peaceful. Would love to come in the summer to be able to enjoy the whole experience.

Unfortunately the hotel was under remodeling, but it was never loud noises going on so that was quite nice.

Elevators are a little sketchy and need maintenance work.
