Easy Access to The house and flat, using a code. Spaciousness and brightness of the apartment. Walking distance to the seaside, harbor and city highlights. Grocery shops and cafes right next to the house.

Area is too noisy , specially til the late hours and during early morning.

No molesta porque cerramos la puerta del baño, pero como en muchos edificios reformados, las tuberías se hacen notar.
