The Suite Life - Level 42 at Makati

I enjoyed my stay overall. It’s a neat studio in Makati. There’s a mall and a beautiful pool downstairs. Walking distance to Poblacion. Nice view from the balcony, if you’re not afraid of heights.

Long waiting times for the elevator, and it is hot inside the elevator. The pool voucher system was frustrating - it is just too bureaucratic and slow. The admin office that sells pool vouchers closes on public holidays, which means you cannot enter the pool if you didn’t get a pool voucher the day before. The building is somewhat old and confusing - do NOT use the stairway to go between floors! Some doors cannot be opened once they’re closed and you risk getting stuck.

The apartment has a magnificent view from the 42nd floor. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. The building is very secure.

My access code for the gate changed on the last day without any prior notice. I was worried about missing my flight, it was stressful. But the owner quickly resolved the issue.

Four hour one evening there were brown out. Building should have generator.
