L'appartement est spacieux, bien situé.

L'isolation est très mauvaise, on entendait beaucoup les voisins. Les draps pas très propres. Appartement plutôt vétuste.

"Beste Lage zur Erkundung von Palermo, von einer schönen Wohnung aus Palermo zu Fuß erleben!"

Die Lage zentral in der Innenstadt ist excellent zur Erkundung der wunderbaren Altstadt von Palermo. Von der Wohnung aus kann man fussläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (wie Kathedrale, Normannenpalast, Oper, Märkte, Altstadt) erreichen und ist direkt am Geschehen! Dennoch wohnt man in einer Straße und in einem Gebäude, die einen sauberen und sicheren Eindruck machen. Das Haus ist insgesamt gehobene Wohnklasse, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hübsch, man kann auch gleich vor dem Haus kostenfrei parken. Marco war sehr freundlich, alles hat bestens geklappt, in der Wohnung war alles sauber und gut ausgestattet (genügend Handtücher, Kaffee, Duschgels…). Am Ende des Aufenthaltes waren wir auch in ca. 15 Minuten an der Fähre, das ist nur einen Katzensprung zum Fährhafen. Gleich unten im Haus ist eine schöne Jazz-Bar , wo wir auf der Terrasse noch einen späten Cocktail/Drink bei gepflegter Jazzmusik genießen konnten. Und bei allem sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Nichts, war alles okay.

Odličan stan sa super terasom i celokupno opremljen. Parking je besplatan na ulici . Marko je odličan domaćin i stoji uvek na raspolaganju. Sve je pripremljeno za goste od kafe i osveženja do kupke i toalet papira. Sigurno ćemo opet posetiti Marka.
