The Long Walk: 3Bed & Garden

The location was superb, so close to all shops etc and on the doorstep of Windsor Castle!!

The central location of the property was perfect, with easy walking access to the castle, Long Walk, guard change, shops, cafes etc. The house was so comfortable, it’s warm, quiet, spacious and clean. Access to the property was simple, with excellent communication with the property manager as needed.

The location was excellent. Property clean and spacious, good communications from team.

I would say to let us know in advance that the bins have to go out through the house on bin days. Also, would have been nice to have a small Xmas tree or decoration in the house.

Excellent for family stay big plus was being able to buy on street parking permit. Little Grandsons loved the ‘play /tv room’

Only a few minor things that would improve stay….. Hand towel needed for downstairs toilet & kitchen. The little ones rushed in to use the loo & after washing their hands we had to run round looking for a towel to dry them Definitely need a waterproof mattress topper on bed in small room (probably mostly used by children!) Specify which coffee machine so guests can bring correct coffee pods. Would have been nice to have a few available to use in arrival. Not sure if the fire was a real working fire but if it is would have been perfect to have a few logs to light a fire in the winter? Only negatives See photos Toilet holder in top floor bathroom was hanging off the wall / the loo brush was also broken & the holder was stained The outdoor furniture cover was not in situ could have been from high winds before our arrival?

Ground floor was cold because all valves been taken off radiators, what a stupid thing to do as it was too cold to use ground floor. I think that was a little bit selfish. It wouldn’t have made any different to heating bill if radiators were on downstairs. The money charged to us there no need to do that. We only wanted warmth in the evening as we was out all day enjoying ourselves but it’s no fun when the ground floor was freezing. That stopped us enjoying the whole house. Thanks

Liked everything, location was amazing, house and all facilities excellent. Great kitchen and stocked with much more than usual.

Not so much didn’t like, had to contact agent about heating issue but they were prompt and easy to deal with. Got it sorted and nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect location for exploring Windsor and beyond. Ideal size for 6.

Would love to have been able to grill outside on the patio.

It is ideally situated right in the centre of Windsor beside an old 18th century pub called the two Brewers. Everything is on your doorstep. The house itself is spacious, clean and well equipped. It also has a lovely outdoor elevated sitting area where we had our breakfast and it was lovely and sunny and very private.

Location was incredible... Close to everything. Very clean and spacious for a family.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 are on the 2nd floor and bedroom 3 on the third floor (w/en-suite). The stairs are a little steep/awkward trying to get to the restroom that's on the 2nd floor in the middle of the night. I'm not sure how they would fix that though. Other than that the property was amazing!!!
