Great apartment with all the amenities you would need (also coffee/tea/ cold drinks …). Very very clean and quiet environment. Luigi is a wonderful host, check in and check out was very easy. We loved our stay there. Would definitely go back!

Everything was great.

Clean, modern, with well equipped kitchen (plus generous treats in the fridge), newly renovated space with a beautiful garden, located in a lovely little village, great bakery and café nearby, very kind host, not far to the lake and a playground.

Tolle Wohnung, super ausgestattet, tolle Extras (Snacks und Getränke gratis dabei), sehr lieber Vermieter (hat mir extra andere Kaffeekapseln besorgt), alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, sehr viele und schöne Details

Die Betten waren leider nicht so bequem, die Treppe macht in der Nacht Lärm (WC im unteren Stock)

Die Wohnung war überdurchschnittlich schön. Top Ausstattung. Der freundliche Gastgeber hat uns mit einer Flasche Prosecco begrüßt, sowie mit einigen Leckerein im Kühlschrank. Wir kommen wieder!

Es hätte mehr Kochutensilien geben können

We loved staying at this excellent accomodation! Everything regarding the flat was extremely clean, spacious and of high quality. We enjoyed having breakfast or relaxed in the sun in the beautiful garden as well. The extras provided by the friendly and caring host were just amazing, way more than we had expected. Moreover, the location was just perfect for us as we had been looking for an authentic and quiet spot near the lake but could also enjoy bars, restaurants and little stores among the locals. We'd be delighted to stay at Casa Teresa again at some point in the future.

There were just a few minor things which could be improved, like having a few more plates and kitchen essentials for cooking. The sofa was not very comfortable for us (a bit too hard) but that's just our perspective. Also the water heating system is not the best as sometimes the water took quite a while warming up or even stayed cold. However, the host was always there to help out. If you are looking for a more vibrant spot with lots of amenities, I would recommend looking for a different accomodation.

Sehr schöne, moderne und vor allem saubere Wohnung auf zwei Etagen. Super ausgestattet und in perfekter Lage! Der Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an ihn wenden. Zusammengefasst kann man dieser Unterkunft nur 10/10 Sterne geben! 😊 wir sagen Danke! A beautiful, modern, and above all, very clean apartment spread over two floors! The place is fully equipped and the location is simply perfect. The host is extremely friendly, reliable, and always available for any questions. We felt completely comfortable and can wholeheartedly give this accommodation a 10 out of 10.
