PINOS ALTOS 02

La tranquillité, la piscine, le fait que la terrasse soit directement devant la piscine et les montagnes.

El que més m´agradat ha estat la situació del Hotel en Cala Sant Vicenç, un lloc espectacular de bonito. I sobretot, la part de la piscina tot molt ben cuidat i net. Les habitacions també molt netes, el mobiliari es una mica vell però está ben cuidat, s´hauria d´actualitzar una mica.

El que no m´agradat son varies coses, primer et mareixen infinitament amb missatges de tot tipus, primer que has d´omplir una serie de coses amb links que t´envien que a vegades no funcionen be. Que si s´ha de fer cheking, que si has de pagar la taxa turística, etc ... No vull pensar en les persones grans com ho gestionen. Per a mi ha estat la primera vegada fent reserva a Booking que m´han demanat tantes coses i tantes vegades, Després i això es una sugerència, arribes a l´apartament i ja sé que no es obligatori, però seria un detall trobar-se una mica de sal, una mica de sucre, una mica d´oli, perquè si es un apartament amb cuina la gran majoria de persones cuinaràn segur i en serio que tenim que comprar un paquet sencer de sal o sucre per 3/4 dies ??? nosaltres hem estat en apartaments que deixen, encara que sigui una mica tot això i es d´agreïr !en aquest cas vem deixar un paquet de sal, perquè no témportaràs a la maleta un paquet de sal obert oi ? doncs si us plau, dexeu-lo a l´apartament per els propers que vinguin, que ho agrairant molt, es que ni un té de benvinguda i paper de water el mínim !.. això si, perquè ho netegis tot sí que te trobaràs coses. Tampoc entenem molt la restricció de l´aire acondicionat, quan més calor fa al migdia no es pot posar, doncs no es gaire lògic. En fí, en general hem estat bé, però si es pot millorar tot això estariem fantàstics per això la meva nota es un bé/correcte, pero no estupendo com m´agradaria dir !

Localização, espaço exterior.

Podia estar mais limpo e ter melhorias em termos de espaço interior. Tinha uma janela danificada que não dava para ser fechada. No espaço exterior do apartamento existe 2 portas para a rua, uma está sempre aberta, sem qualquer tipo de controlo, outra os funcionários/proprietários não nos forneceram o pin para abrir (após vários pedidos)

El apartamento es igual al de las fotos,es cómodo y tiene terraza que da a la piscina,muy tranquilo y la ubicación excelente

Que regulen el aire acondicionado y la cocina es muy pequeña

Tal cual se aprecia en las fotos, lindo lugar. Cómodo y muy buena piscina.

Están tocándote la puerta 10:30am para hacer el check out, y el check in es a las 16hs. Eso tienen que modificarlo

Easy access and good ground floor apartment next to the pool, which was never busy during our stay. Plenty of car parking on the street and useful second assess onto the street behind the property. There was also a handy bike storage room with tools if needed.

The Wi-Fi could have been better but okay for general purposes and the shower room could do with an update but still adequate for the price/

Rating for us is a 3.5 stars. We stayed 4 nights. Travelling as a family of five. Likes: Beach within walking distance of about 7 minutes. Comes with a nice pool that you can swim till late night when the temperature is not that hot. For our family of five, our apartment unit number 02 has 3 beds and two sofas in the living room that have been converted as beds. Unit 02 is on the ground floor with direct side gate access to the pool. Kitchen is well equipped. Even sponge and drying clothe are provide. Detergent and such you need to get. The fridge is big. Nice spacious terrace with table and seats. The room service personnel are very friendly except in one case where I suppose the supervisor reminded us to not forget our check-out at 10am. Washing machine of two units placed in a common access room.

Drawbacks: 10 am check-out. Safe does not work. Bathroom door not aligned that drags on the floor when you open. Air conditions are only activated for use during the time slot 13 to 15 hrs and 19 hrs to 07 hrs next morning. It can be hot at times in the apartment. Opening for ventilation is not conducive as hot breeze streams in to make things worst. Also, due to mosquito active during dusk. TV only serves Spanish programs and just one with English.
