Beautiful house. Very clean, cosy and Very well equipped, it had everything. Great location too for the NEC. Excellent communication with owner Annika. Would definitely recommend. 10/10.

"Fabulous base for a weekend trip to crufts... we were relaxed, comfortable and so close to the NEC."

It was clean, spacious , we had very comfy beds, Towels laid out in each h room. Lovely welcome pack in the kitchen, Tea,coffee,sugar,biscuits,cereal.... Anika was so nice answering messages so quickly.

Good location for NEC or airport. Quiet and felt safe.

It needs some investment such as new frying pans, lock on the toilet door, kitchen and wardrobes could do with upgrade. Freezer needs defrosting and cleaning. One of the dining chairs has a wobbly leg. A coffee machine would be nice too :)
