Great location and spacious room

Room was adequate but no tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was very basic. 3 pieces of cheap processed ham and cheese between 2 of us, couple of mini croissants and staff stood beside table whilst we ate. We had been delayed at airport so arrived after 8pm to be given a €20 fine and her card machine wasn’t working so kept us waiting for approx 20 mins on check out whilst she tried to fix it. Quite rudely asked us to go find a bank and get cash! Definitely would not recommend except for location itself.

Location is exceptional! We didn't need to use any kind of transport for city center or for bus station. Apartment is on quite little square, that we find very nice. Breakfast was very varied. And the host Ornella is very pleasant and very helpful!!!! Suite is clean and beautiful! Especially bathroom - large and equipped.

very well located, tastefully furnished accommodation. Very good value for money. The owner of the accommodation is very pleasant, helpful, a great host. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The apartment itself was renovated and nicely decorated. It was clean and quiet - although the location was very central. The location was perfect - it was a walking distance to tourist attractions, nice pubs or the main bus station

Poor communication with the staff. I asked a detailed question about a check-out possibility and I received an answer that it is possible to meet my request (which itself was positive). But…. later I received an automatic message where the described rules where standard for all guests - and different than what I had already agreed in the meantime. I had to make sure again if what we had agreed is still in force. Luckily - it was. But receiving that automatic message was confusing. Other example: I informed in a chat what the arrival time would be. I received a reply where the staff thanked me for informing about the arrival time. It was a few days before the arrival. And… on the arrival day I received a question what time we would arrive… I replied, providing again the same time…. And - when we arrived (exactly at the time as we had informed) - there was nobody there. I had to call the mobile number to ask when someone could let us in. The person, who picked up the phone, spoke very (very!) poor English. We had waited some 15 minutes before someone arrived.. Another subject: We booked the quadrupel room for two persons in order to use separate beds. Unfortunately I was not aware that we should inform in advance that we want to use separate beds. I was informed that if I inform about it on the arrival day - there would be an extra cost… So if you book a room for two and you want to use separate beds - you should inform in advance. Another subject: Breakfast were served in a small room. There were mostly sweet products. Coffee and tea was prepared by one lady - there was no coffee machine. What required additional waiting and it was not flexible in case someone wanted a tea and later a coffee as well…..

Great location, very clean, lovely breakfast, very helpful clientele.

Steep stairs- no lift access.

A very nice place, within an easy walk to the Cathedral and other spots. Ornella was super helpful and kind. Highly recommended. PS. The bathroom in my suite was palatial.
