Loved the decor and the roof deck. Easy in and out of the city. Beautiful tree lined street.

Not many amenities. Some of the light bulbs were out and the bathtub was very slow to drain. Three flights of stairs, no elevator.

This is a gracious apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. It is a bit of a walk into the historic center, but the neighborhood itself has a lot to offer, such as a good pizza place, an amazing cheese shop, a yarn store and several kinds of take-out places. The apartment has an eat-in kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a living room. The terrace on the roof is a special extra. The style of the house is far from the usual rental apartment. It is clear that the owner’s family put a lot of work into the decoration and maintenance of the property. The bus atop for the San Cataldo beach is about a ten minute walk or less.

Kitchen was a little tight for a family of 4 but would stay again

We was a dog nearby that would bark until late in the night which was a bit annoying. It had obviously been left by itself with the noise it was making. We advised the owner so it could be sorted.

The location of the apartment is great - really close to the center but at the same time easy to get out of the city. The girl who met us was very nice and helpful - gave us some useful information and tips to get around and where to park. The apartment is furnitured in an interesting Barrock style and it feels like you are sleeping in a castle. The rooms are very spacious and I absolutely loved the high ceilings this place has. The kitchen is very well equipped.

There were some issues with the lady downstairs but this didn't bother us that much

Excellent location for a short walk into the old town. Easy to find cheap on street parking. Good nearby cafe for breakfast. The apartment was brilliant. Decor and fittings were italian shabby chic, so perfect for the style of property. The beds were large and very comfortable. The rooftop patio was an added bonus.

Needs a new TV.

We liked the mix of old and new decor. The location was perfect for what we needed. Owner was vey accommodating to our check in needs. Clean and plenty of towels.
