We found access to shower difficult. We were all over 80 and those who showered found the bath slippery and potentially a bit dangerous.

Everything you need from home is here at this homely 3 bedroom unit:) Kitchen spacious with oil, foil, paper towels provided; Great location and lovely lakeside view.

We enjoyed staying here. These are just couple minor points which would improve our stay: Lighting is a bit dim in the dining and living areas, so hard to read books. Would be nice to have more towel hooks/rail in the bathroom as very limited space to hang wet towels within the bathroom. Couple maintenence issues- front door handle loose at times; missing light bulb and half of the electric blanket in main bedroom doesn't work; extraction fan in bathroom turns on with a loud roar- especially when turned on first time during the day or overnight; could do with a full size oven tray- what is provided is too small for a family

Great location warm comfortable home

Bathroom fan quite noisy, bit loud for late night bathroom visits and dosnt extract the steam very well.

It was close to town and nice

The biggest issue was the power (it was a scheduled power cut for Wednesday 7am- 6pm) which the manager emailed and said, meaning we would be without power when we were scheduled to be in the unit at 3pm. The worst thing was we were not told about the power being off on Thursday morning, when it went off just after 7am it stopped my sister’s ventilator that she uses whilst sleeping! She woke panicked and gasping. We all ended up stressed with the ventilator episode, no heat until we got the fire started and no coffee because we couldn’t boil the jug! I phoned the manager who didn’t answer nor reply to my message! I feel we were given no compensation for the time we didn’t have power and the also what could have been a catastrophic event with the ventilator. I think your team could do better at public relations.

Location is perfect, house has the right level of alpine charm and comfort.
