A booking issue that I brought to owner’s attention within minutes of booking. No flexibility to rebook without losing the whole amount. Discount of R50 was offered (for not having to clean the room and change linen). Having been in the hospitality industry and knowing the market this is not how I ran my business.

Very beautifully decorated and comfortable. Also it is situates in a beautiful area.

A better description would be "heat and eat" as there is only a microwave and no toaster or cooking plate.
