"lovely welcoming place to stay in the heart of city very close to cruise port"

was very pleased with our welcome as we were late and reception was close but someone stayed and waited for us to arrive and get in our room

i was afraid to use the lift but was able to send luggage up in it and we walked up the stairs and collected luggage from the lift.

Location was good, staff friendly and helpful. Had a nice outdoor space for breakfast. Room was clean and a good size. Definitely a good idea to stay overnight before starting cruise (we were held up a couple of hours because of road accident so if had left the trip to day of cruise we may have missed the boat)

Excellent location, particularly if you are boarding a cruise ship. A short walk to and from the train station. Very clean, spacious rooms. Host made personal contact before arrival. I would recommend this accommodation.
