Tower 23 Hotel

The position is amazing close to cafes and shops. The view from my balcony was spectacular .

Most staff where amazing and very helpful . My booking was suppose to be twin share as travelling with my friend . When arrived this wasn’t available and only opinion was a pull out bed for the 7 nites or pay and extra $1500 for a upgrade .

Slamming doors, Limited amount of hot water for showers, no place to enjoy a smoke, staff seemed to not like older people.

Location. Positioned on the boardwalk and with views across the ocean.

No bedside table or light on one side of the bed.

It’s in a great location and some of the service like the valet parking etc was really good.

I paid for an upgraded room (a sanctuary suite) but it was super near to the plant room and we were woken up at 05:00 each morning by the plant switching on. It also had a weird outside space which seemed to be shared with the next door room. The reception staff were a mixed bag, some really friendly and helpful others not so much

Location is great and decor is really nice. I think it could be fun to have a group of friends book separate rooms and enjoy the shared roof deck.

I don’t think it was targeted to me and my daughter with loud music playing outside, over-capacity minibar, trucker hats for sale, and mens smelling toiletries. I think it suits a certain clientele that we were not.

Amazing location, and friendly, accommodating staff! Wonderful amenities & restaurant… Will definitely be back!
