The short distance to the beach

The place has lot of cockroaches l which they can fumigate more and it needs more cleaning and house keeping

Unfortunately this place was the worst I've stayed at , shockingly bad given the amount of money you pay for a night. Such a poor representation to people out of town like myself or tourists.

The place was extremely unhygienic, infested with cockroaches, it was unbelievable. They were on the walls , walking on the sofas, walls of the bedroom. Towels were old and looked unwashed, utensils couldn't be used because doors and cupboards housed roaches . I'm absolutely shocked that this place is in operation given the hygiene levels, thought these places were regularly inspected to meet some sort of accommodation standards. We would have left the night we got in but had a flight to catch the next morning. Furthermore more, our view was the parking of the accommodation!

To Whom It May Concern, I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at this property. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst accommodations I have experienced while on holiday. I want to clarify that my feedback is in no way a reflection of Toti Cabana’s as a whole, as this particular unit is privately owned and merely located within the same building. While I appreciate that the property provided us with a place to stay, I was unaware that the unit was privately owned. This only became evident when we requested a room change, as the room we were given did not match the description or expectations set by the listing. We had specifically booked a six-sleeper unit, but while it was technically possible for six people to sleep there, the space was completely inadequate and uncomfortable. The sleeping arrangements included one double bed and two single beds, with the remaining sleeping spaces consisting of fold-up couches—one in the lounge and another in the main bedroom. This setup was far from ideal and certainly not suited for six guests. The lack of space made the stay extremely uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this unit for more than two adults and possibly two small children at most. The kitchen was another major issue. At just 1.5 meters wide and 2 meters long, it was impractically small, making cooking a frustrating experience. The lounge area was equally cramped—so much so that if someone was watching TV, others had to physically step over each other just to move between the indoor and outdoor areas. For context, my previous stay was at Kenwyn on Sea in Ballito, where I had a far more comfortable experience. While I had initially chosen this property due to its proximity to Durban for business purposes, in hindsight, I would have gladly traveled the extra distance and paid the additional cost for a properly equipped and spacious unit. I strongly urge the property owner to reconsider how this unit is advertised.

The women at this property will scam you she will take your R500 deposit and say you damaged the fridge and the toilet seat with some purple stuff This place is too small for 6 people 4 enough shower too small basin is old photos are deceiving place needs a renovation
