Perfect location. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with during our stay. Highly recommend John's House.

The property was pretty close to the beach we had plans going. Its was clean

The bathrooms were very old. the room on the attik was extremely hot although there was down an a/c. the ladder that lead to the bedroom is dangerous cause is placed totally on a straight position and its very difficult to come down.I paid for 4 persons and mentioned that we needed the sofa bed to be ready and instead the gave us extra sheet to do it our selves.

Very close to the beach. Very clean. Fully equipped house. If you figure out properly how to maintenance airflow through the house you could keep a comfortable temperature inside even without AC. Best orange jam we’ve ever tasted as a welcome gift provided by the owner in the fridge 🙂

John was an exceptional host - nothing was too much trouble. The house is great, in a very quiet spot but with easy access into town. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house itself was immaculatlely presented, with great little touches like shower slippers etc.

We have booked many places for our family trip in Greece, and John's House was by far the best! The house is beautiful, immaculately clean, tons of space, wifi and air conditioning work perfectly. There is a washing machine in a big laundry room with lots of space to do laundry and hang dry. The patio is gorgeous with outdoor barbecue and plenty of space to entertain with family. My husband and I loved the balcony from our bedroom and enjoyed our morning frappe with beautiful views of the rooftops and mountains. There is private parking on the grounds, enclosed by a gate, and surrounded by beautiful citrus trees. The owners have thought of everything you need, and are so responsive and very kind. They brought us wonderful gifts of pasta and honey, and checked in periodically to make sure we were doing well. Everything in this house is of higher quality (plush towels, the softest large beds, billowy cloud-like pillows, nice dishware with plenty of glasses and anything you would need to cook). The kitchen is fully equipped, and even nice touches like equipment to make frappes or Greek coffee. Our children loved staying here so much, as they happily played and slept in the upper loft. We got the best sleep ever here because everything is so comfortable and very peaceful & quiet at night. If you are staying in Diakopto, you need to stay at John's House! It is the best place in town. We were visiting friends nearby, and they agreed that this house is one of a kind, a true gem. 💎

I can not speak highly of this property not only were the hosts amazing. The property was perfect. Both John and Fotini were constantly in contact with me and very accommodating. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I would not hesitate in recommending John's House and would definitely stay here again.
