The house location is great, close to a beach entrance, I was able to go for my morning run all the way to the balneario, quiet neighborhood, comfortable with a lot of beds and clean.

I’m not a picky traveler, I was born and raised in Vegas Baja, with that being said this house reminded me of home then only constructive thought is that it should be refreshed before the guests come in, specially if it has been closed for a while between reservations. Other than that is perfect for big families traveling to enjoy the island and our beautiful pueblo de Vega Baja.

Filthy, cockroaches, no pot holders, no hot water in kitchen,no AC in living areas, rusted scratched pans, pool collapsing, ladder rusted, condiments expired, no top sheets on beds, no local representative for owner. No steak knives or microwaveable containers or oven ware. Owner lied about our stay, tried to add charges to our credit card for alleged wild parties and damages, We are in our 70*s and did no damage* , no parties or company over, spent over 300 to buy kitchen items* DO NOT GO HERE, beach is unusable due to rocks and slime * beach chairs broken, no beach towels provided as promised* Even the toilet seats didn't fit the toilets. Paid over 1700.00 for a 7 day stay. Hi

Crawling crocaroches in the kitchen.

Area

House needs major update from towels to furniture. Furniture is falling apart.Also major cleaning roaches everywhere including on dishes. Overall not in good condition for vacation rental as it stands.

Location was great, has a generator, a/c was perfect, confortable kitchen, room size 👌

Wasn't clean, pool was dirty, Space is good for a family vacation but it needs cleaning and fumigation.

Very clean, well equipped, and a very responsive host. The location provides great access to the north side beaches like Puerto Nuevo, Los Tubos, Mar Chiquita and our favorite Playa Esperanza. Having a gated parking space was a great plus!

We love that we have the beach close , there were allot of places to eat , and drink , its a very peacful place for the entire family
