B 32-1 Spacious Villa Close to Pool

The host was very rude and disrespectful. Lack communication skills and not accommodating at all. Very hard to get in touch with and horrible at running a business.

Great location. Beds were comfortable.

There were hornets in the house and two of us are allergic to stings.

The privacy, beauty and peacefulness of the property was fantastic.

The property is advertised as having three bathrooms and only has 2 and 1/4 bathrooms. With three adult couples someone had to share. Not what we were expecting. On the second morning we found small ants coming in under the front door and making their way to the kitchen

The condo is soundproof from neighbors, traffic and the street. Furniture was comfortable. Nice open design.

Our family has rented in this area for over 25 years. We have stayed at a variety of condos in this resort and have always had a nice experience with owners and the various locations. However, several items were disappointing regarding this stay which warranted sharing the following information: 1. The electrical outlet downstairs -which two bedrooms shared- did not work; neither did some of the outlets in one of the bedrooms downstairs and the upstairs bedroom had outlets where only one plug was working. This was reported to the owners and a message was received that the issue would be given to maintenance. This was NOT resolved while we were there. 2. The access key to the pool, gym and gate area was not in the condo as instructions stated. Contacted the owner who then notified us that their cleaning crew would drop a replacement key off. Key was not dropped off until late afternoon. When attempting to use the key the next day it did not work. Contacted the owner again and were told to take the key to the clubhouse office for resolve. However, it was a holiday and the office was closed. This was an inconvenience that did NOT get resolved during our stay. 3. When we arrived the refrigerator door had an electronic message saying the water filter needed to be replaced. We sent a message to the owners regarding this status. We followed the instructions for operating the refrigerator ice maker. Instructions noted it would take up to 24 hours to begin working and to fill. We set and reset it four different times during the stay and ice maker never did start. 4. Additionally, another inconvenience were the knives available in the kitchen for cooking were dull and could not be used for meal preparation. Interactions with Bookings.com were professional and pleasant. Their representative wanted to help resolve our experience and contacted the owner, It was reported back that the owner stated there was nothing that needed to be resolved,

Loved the location great house! I’d stay again!

It did need a power wash on outside, bird poop and spider webs on patio.

There was outlets not in the wall just hanging huge safe issue
