"My stay at 13 Shades was perfect, i definitely recommend the accommodation as a Must in Umhlanga."

The location was perfect, easy access to shops and the beach. The security was supportive in every, they were great.

I liked everything about the place, no dislikes. when is SA i will definitely try and book at 13 Shades if available.

The location was perfect , more central closer to all the amenities. taking part on the park run was a cherry on top. I will definantely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

"Six was the best, the seventh day was a disaster"

A day before became a disaster, electricity went off at 14:00 till we checked out at 10:00am. There was no communication, no apology from the management We were sweating the whole afternoon up to morning when we checked out. We only enjoyed the first six days of our seven days. With the amount we paid something better could have been done to compensate us for this inconvenience.
