If you choose this apartment, prepare for an absolute nightmare. The hosts are completely unresponsive, unsympathetic, disrespectful, and irresponsible. They ignore your calls, because they don't speak English, so you’re left desperately sending messages, praying for a response that may never come. If any issue arises, don’t expect any help; they’ll just pass the buck to the neighbors, leaving you to fend for yourself. Every single evening, the electricity in our apartment failed. This wasn’t a one-time fluke—each time we used a different electrical appliance, the power went out. The apartment’s electrical system is so inadequate that you’re forced to choose between basic functions: if you take a shower, forget about using the kettle, oven, or even the air conditioner. When we turned to the hosts for help, their solution was absurd—they instructed us to ask the neighbor to show us how to access the electrical panel, which was outside the building and required a key that wasn’t even provided! Dealing with daily power outages wasn’t just frustrating; it completely ruined our vacation. To make matters worse, the description of the apartment’s facilities is a lie. There was no dishwasher or coffee machine, as advertised. When I inquired, the host’s ridiculous suggestion was to use a pot as a coffee machine!

As if all this wasn’t enough, the apartment is very noisy, located a mere 3 meters from a bustling motorway. From 6 AM onward, the relentless noise from passing trucks made it impossible to sleep—it felt like we were trying to rest directly on the motorway. In summary, this apartment is a disaster. The lack of proper service, the constant power failures, the false advertising, and the unbearable noise made our stay a complete and utter misery. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your peace of mind.

Big space, good location if you have a car,

The lights were insufficient, the noise from the main road.

The apartment was not ready when we arrived (2 hours after agreed time), we informed hosts, and then they called cleaning services, so we lost 3 hours waiting apartment to be cleaned. Hosts did not even find it necessary to apologize for this. This is apsolute inadmissible. So aparment is big, located next to Eurospin, but at loud side of road.
