They asking extra 15 dollars for empty a trash bin (which is very small by the way),I think that's unfair,we have quite a lot of the money paid for this studio.

My family and I ran into multiple issues the first morning we woke up such as toilet and not flushing completely the right sink also over flooding due to not being able to drain. They were quick to send someone out to fix it but he took a while. it was actually two different people that came out, causing us to be late for our dinner reservations at Hells kitchen Also we were delayed later on that night due to our key fob on the door battery apparently dying, causing us to go back-and-forth with the front desk to get the door open by Security.
ROUSI liked that it was very Spacious, clean and very near the Strip .
Only thing I didn’t like was that it wasn’t High enough for my convenient.
