"Good location, good room, most of the amenities."

It is on the top floor. You will have a nice view of the city. Don't worry, there is an elevator. The location is good. The station is a 10-15 minute walk. You have connectivity of 6, 7, 3, and other buses. The Engineering part of the University is nearby. The old town is a bit far. You have a cafe bar just left of the building and two small mini market at the right. MD is also nearby. There are a few good-to-pocket restaurants in the surrounding areas. A washing facility is nearby (though you don't need it).

The location is a bit lonely at night. Most of the shops are closed by 8.30pm. The experience of getting the key was horrible. Try to reach there early. The communications with the host will be through the Internet, there is no in-person facility (I don't know if they promised it or not, however, the people who are availing this room should be aware).
