It was very up to date with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Very modern, fantastic TV. Fully equipped kitchen, nice sized bedroom. Tons of storage

Nothing much, tiny down point duvets could be better

Fernce, who handled our reservation, was highly professional, and the instructions were very clear…The flat was very quiet and cozy, and the shutters made it even more peaceful, allowing me to enjoy extra sleep. Everything was fully equipped to a high standard.

Apartman is beautifull i clean. The host is very polite. Organization of host to arival is very good and information about the apartman is easy to follow. Distance from centre of Budapest is about 15 min drive. We are very satisfied with everything, apartman looks like in the picture you can see in aplication.

New and very nice apartment in side quiet street. There is washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Custom furniture. Parking place in garage. We park car on safe place and use public transportation.

There are 7 glasses, cups, plates, clutery... It would be nice to have it more. It would be nice to have wine glasses. Kitchen table for 4 people with 4 chairs. We found wet sheet, but in apartment is dryer and we use it.

Great host, the apartment is super cozy, clean, and fully equiped with everything you need for a longer stay. The parking spot was priceless!

I recently stayed at Karzo Property LK 206 and was unfortunately met with a less-than-ideal experience. While the apartment's location and initial appearance were promising, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Upon entering our room, we were immediately struck by a musty odor. To our dismay, we discovered that one of the beds had damp sheets, which made for an uncomfortable and unhygienic night's sleep. Additionally, the sheets on the other bed were visibly dirty, with stains that were clearly noticeable. The overall cleanliness of the room was also a concern. Dust was prevalent on surfaces, and the bathroom could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning. It's disappointing to find such a lack of attention to detail in a apartment that should be striving to provide a comfortable and hygienic stay. While there may have been other aspects of our stay that were satisfactory, the cleanliness issues were significant enough to overshadow any positive experiences. Not recommending...

The staff was friendly, and the accommodation was clean and pleasant.

There were laundry items in the dryer.
