Good location in a quiet area, close to beaches and shops. Bright spacious rooms and a nice private terrace.

I loved how clean the apartment was and that it was right near local food take outs and the center. Lovely veiws and even left water set out on the table upon arrival. Staff didn't bother us the hole time and communication was as it should be. Excellent family holliday and extreemly good price for the time of year, the rooms were lovely and very spacious i almost wish i could live there ! I will most definitely be booking this again.

It was a little diffricult to find at first but almost everyplace is when it's new.

Bathroom door doesnt work. You cant close it. We had to wait arouind 30 minutes to gwt instructions to the apartment and PIN code for the key safe.

Absolutely thrilled with the apartment. It was a good size, well appointed and clean. The bedroom was big with plenty of wardrobe space and ample hangers, a full length mirror and comfy double. The new looking bathroom had a roomy shower which was hot and had decent water pressure. The open plan space had a corner suite, coffee table, telly and dining table and chairs, kitchen with a big, family sized fridge freezer, an American kitchen, so no oven but had a four ring hob, a microwave and coffee pot and came with a dishcloth, sponge and washing up liquid. On the surprisingly large balcony was a clothes airer, bucket, mop, broom, dustpan and another table and four chairs. There was some art on the walls, a big mirror and some pot plants which added a homey touch. The location is perfect, right on the edge of town so near the shops but not so near that you can hear the bars and is a 4 minutes walk from the beach. I saw the sunrise above Lobos off the balcony, being able to see the sea was a pleasant surprise, and I watched the sunset out of the front door. I loved it, will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends.

I liked everything but there were a couple of points to be aware of. I thought sending a pic to me of the entrance was an excellent idea but because there were more key safes than in the picture which needs updating, literal me thought I had the wrong place for a good 15 minutes. The numbers on the key safe were shiny and I struggled to read them in the glare of the nearby streetlight. Just something to be ready for if you arrive stressed and at night, like me. The drop mentioned by some other reviews is one side of the bottom half of the entry staircase that runs up the outside of the building. It has a handrail on the other side so was fine but I might have been anxious if I'd had a toddler with me. One side of the window in the bedroom didn't lock but it was a sliding window so I spent 2 euros on a shelf bracket (in lieu of a piece of dowel) to put in the runner and stop it opening too wide.
