The flat is modern and well fitted - everything works well and there is a good range of equipment in the kitchen. There is good space including in the living space and kitchen for a small group/ family. Hosts are responsive and friendly. Short walk to a metro station. Above ground floor and generally quiet

The exterior of the building is a bit rough (old Soviet block). Heating was hard to adjust and (for us) quite hot.

Не смогли оценить так как в день приезда нам сообщили, что квартиру сдать не могут

Бронировали квартиру определенную в нужном районе за несколько месяцев вперед. Несколько раз списывались с хозяином подтвердить бронь. За день до заселения также уточняли, все ли в силе. В итоге приземлились с Ташкенте, пишем хозяину, что мы прилетели и готовы к заселению. Ответ: эту не могу вас сдать, но есть другие варианты. Конечно, это были неподходящие варианты за городом. Очень недобросовестно. Это были даты, когда приезжал известный исполнитель в Ташкент, возможно, квартиру просто сдали дороже, так как она находилась очень удобно к арене. Нам пришлось искать оперативно гостиницу.
