"Nice stay for families"

Nice and spacious so we could relax in the other rooms and cook food.

There was quite a lot of damp in the bedrooms and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped so we had to ask for a pan from the host (who did solve this quickly and was very friendly.)

"Friendly staff and good location! Safe."

Location good! The welcome staff was great. They were very attentive. Location was about 12 mins from center. Close to cenote zaci. Very big place. Shower worked great and high pressure!

The dryer wasn’t ready to be used :( Button was broken. Despite this, the staff tried to help. I was surprised that they didn’t also have water to drink. Most if not all places will give water. Could have offered thicker bedding (did not ask).
