Very nice, spacious, fully furnished apartment in great location 10 minutes on food from the ferry boat to Venice (1 h). Super friendly and helpful host Claudio. Good seafood restaurant Belvedere nearby.

Top Apartment for a trip to Venice (Vaporetti station Punta Sabbione is about 10 min). The beach is also not too far. The appartment is very clean and the service is absolutely kind and friendly. All thumbs up!!!

The location is perfect: just 5 min walk to the vaporetto to Venice or the islands. Quiet neighbourhood. The flat itself is new, SQUEAKY CLEAN and equipped with everything one needs in a flat, from pots and pans, a microwave, a washing machine, an iron, etc. The bathroom is spacious, there is plenty of room in the shower. The products found in the bathroom and kitchen are very good quality (the shower gel, soap, coffee, etc). The beds are really comfortable. Hats off to Claudio, who is the perfect host: invisible (lets you enjoy your stay without intruding) but always available for advice, suggestions or information. There was a problem with the electricity and we contacted him at almost 11 at night, and even so he immediately fixed it, without complaining about the late hour or anything.

Everything was great.

Dishwasher was not working.

Well equipped, nice clean.

The second bad was a little.
