Ola Lisbon - Chiado 1

A localização do imóvel é perfeita. O espaço atendeu satisfatoriamente os três hóspedes e atenderia 4, pois o sofá cama é para casal e não precisa ser montado e desmontado todos os dias. Há espaço no apartamento para ficar montado. Os utensílios de cozinha atendem muito bem as necessidades para o café da manhã e um jantar simples como salada e uma massa. Há um armário embutido com cabides e gavetas na entrada do apartamento que dá para guardar as malas de forma organizada. A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e solícita. Recomendo.

The location is more than perfect. The communication with the host was very good and no problem. The flat access was easy,no reception but we were given instructions how to get it. Make sure you get all the info:) The flat was clean. Clean towers ,etc. basic toiletries. Good enough. Good for the money.

Balconies aren't opening. But I guess it's health and safety! Since it's a busy route. Shame!

Location was fine, easy walk to a lot of attractions but very expensive and busy area.

I would not recommend the apartment, it is honestly a health hazard. We paid approx $240 a night in April. Although it has 2 fans, washer, and dryer, it requires serious maintenance and renovations. The doors are damaged and don't all close (including the bathroom and shower), there is MOLD in the bathroom, and the entire apartment smells musty (poor ventilation + mold). We didn't smell it the first day because the entire apartment stunk of fish, and then because the apartment smelt like sewer. But if you don't have the first two smells, you are assaulted by the musk of mold. It is everywhere in that bathroom- on the wall, on every corner of the shower, and on every crevice! The walls and floors are dirty. There was not enough toilet paper, the carpets and couch are dirty, scarce kitchen supplies (no coffee, no tea, no cutting board, 1 dull cutting knife) , damaged cabinets, watered down soap, and the area behind the curtains is disgustingly dirty. The cord on one of the fans is damaged and a fire hazard, and be careful with the outlet closest to the bedroom door as plugging anything in will release a burning smell into the apartment. The tram that passes right outside the window is incredibly loud and will wake up the deepest sleeper. The water in the shower will also only be warm for the first person, and the wifi network didn't exist. We tried to reach out to the property manager but where completely stonewalled. They initially said they could send someone to clean it, but when we asked how they would do it without aerosolizing the spores they stopped answering. From the information we received, refused to work with booking.com to come to a resolution. We would not book this again and strongly advise anyone against staying here, especially if you have sensitivity or allergy to mold (though it is very unhealthy for anyone to be breathing this in).

L'emplacement est plus que top. Le Bar en dessous ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. La rue est assez bruyante par le tram et les voitures mais en même temps nous sommes au centre ville.

Une fenêtre ne se ferme pas. L'appartement est de fait assez froid et humide (pluie durant notre séjour). La douche est cassée et il y a de gros problèmes de canalisation (mauvaise évacuation de douche et remonter d'odeur). Dommage un spray ou quelque chose qui masque les odeurs pourrait être mis à disposition
