It took more than an hour to get my access code to the apartment, no water in building on multiple occasions, dryer does not work, toiletries were not replenished, hard to get in contact with anyone, small jacuzzi in apartment drained out on second day of reservation, unfinished/empty apartment complex that should not be even listed on Booking.com. Please look elsewhere, terrible experience on our annual family vacation.

The worst experience. The day before our arrival I received a message from the property asking my approx. arrival time and that I would receive a message the day of arrival with the access instructions. Upon arrival, I was not given the access info to the apartment. There was no one in the reception area/check-in desk. A young lady from across the street that works in the reception for that condo comes across to try to help us get in contact with the property manager. It took over an hour for someone to finally respond and to be given our apartment number and access code. The apartment is new and is very nice despite everything else that happened during our stay. The next morning, my family are up and excited to get our vacation started, and there is no water. I immediately report this via WhatsApp message to the property manager, apparently the is a known issue with the water supply to the building that has not been fixed. We found out from the maintenance man, that the water is purposely turned off. After a few hours, we had water. We had a tour/excursion that day and weren't able to leave on time due to not having water. The next morning, I had washed our beach towels as we had used the day before and then realized that the dryer does not work. There was no heat. So, I then reported that issue as well. I had to air dry the towels every day because the dryer was never fixed. In facility details that are provided through booking.com, it is stated that toiletries are provided, which were never replenished until the day before checkout because I had to ask them for it. When I requested toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner through a message to the property manager, the response was there was a 7-eleven close by where I could purchase these items. I took a screenshot of what listed as included, which states "free toiletries, toilet paper, shampoo" and sent it in the message.

Calm neigborhood, 15 minutes from the beach. Nice beds, good aircons.

Apatment for 6-8 and only 4 glasses. Bathroom soap dispenser without soap. Bathroom without hand towel. TV control in one bedroom not operating.
