Un logement tout équipé et très propre, un hôte d'une gentillesse incroyable et réactif en cas de besoin, soucieux que vous vous sentiez bien durant votre séjour. Chaque petit détail est une belle surprise. Des fruits frais vous attendent lors de votre arrivée mais aussi des jus de fruits, de l'eau minérale, du café et même une brosse à dent emballée et un tube de dentifrice vous sont mis à disposition, le confort absolu et une literie de qualité.

Proprietario super disponibile e professionale, ottima soluzione per qualità prezzo nella località di Hadaba ove sono ubicate la maggior parte delle migliori spiagge cittadine (non Naama in quanto pessima), tanti negozi e a meno di 1 km Old Market che si raggiunge in minibus con soli 5 pound egiziani, quindi tutto super comodo, oltre a vari supermercati e bar giusto a 300 metri alle spalle di questo appartamento. Trattasi di una villa privata fronte mare, in cui l'appartamento aveva praticamente qualsiasi confort a parte qualche miglioria che scriverò nei commenti negativi.

Di sera nel retro spesso si incontrano gatti e qualche cane sciolto. Non preoccupatevi perchè nessuno di questi è aggressivo, probabilmente essendo di razza Egiziana sono ospitali anche loro, quindi nessun problema. Nonostante alcune recensioni FALSE postate da qualcuno , non è possibile scendere in spiaggia di fronte la struttura (ho chiesto a qualche passante e mi è stato risposto che da oltre 3 anni è così), in quanto vi sono recinzioni che bloccano l'accesso quindi l'unico modo è andare in quelle raggiungibili con il minibus, che ripeto sono abbastanza vicine. L'unica nota negativa di questo appartamento è che la TV non funziona in nulla se non 4 o 5 canali in lingua Araba, non è un problema legato alla mia forse incapacità ma proprio al fatto che sia i 2 televisori che i decoder non funzionano correttamente.

Great value for money! The house was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and with provided towels. It’s not a luxury stay, but for the price, it’s a fantastic deal. The owner was super friendly, spoke good English, and was very responsive on WhatsApp. The area is quiet, with a supermarket and restaurants just five minutes away. While the beach isn’t right next door, we recommend taking a quick taxi (through the In Drive app) to places like El Fanar—totally worth it

Next door, there was an Italian woman yelling at her teenage child. Being Italian myself, I could understand what she was saying, and it was pretty harsh. Anyway, we ran into them on the stairs on our last day, and they mentioned they were moving to a new house, so this sholdn't happen anymore

It was like a 5 star resort with all amenities. I didnt miss anything. Hany was a great host, who curated my visit from start to finish, booked me xcursions, provided with all necessities, I felt pampered and privileged. I regretted I have not stayed longer.

I had an excellent stay in flat 9. It was a great working apartment. Working stove and washing machine which were very important. Good air conditioning and hot running water. Fridge was well provided with water milk and juice and other basic necessities. Hany was very mindful and accommodating. Communication was easy and timely. I felt at home that i extended my stay from 1N to 3N. I could have stayed more. Location was excellent, close to shops and walking distance to good restaurants, coffee shop and beach area. I would highly recommend.

Nearly nothing, maybe some improvement can be made with the sofa, it is a bit tired and sunken but i slept on it overnight watching Netflix. There is a bit of smell coming from the sink, but this did not ruin my stay at all!

Hany was very accommodating from the start until the last day of my stay. Had some snacks and drinks ready upon arrival. Room was clean and the whole apartment itself was huge!
