Viva Jazz2 Relax and Cozy Homestay

The apartment was clean and well kept. Tony sent me detailed instructions on how to get to the reception to get the keys the day before. Clear instructions for the entire stay, including emergency contact details and wifi password. We were also allowed an hour extra as we had a later flight which was very generous of Tony. The bed and couches were very comfortable. Hairdryer and iron also provided. Kitchen utensils were clean and in good condition. Laundry facilities were great, even the laundry detergent was provided. Being above the mall was very convenient for food and shopping. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for those visiting Kuching!

The wifi was slow and connection was unreliable so that was a little frustrating. It would have been awesome to have hand soap in the bathroom as well as a floor rug as the tiles can get slippery when stepping out of the shower. Nothing major as the apartment was well furnished but these little enhancements would make it perfect!

terribly dirty rooms and covers!! I paid cleaning but It doesn't seem to be cleaned at all right after we got in the room there were so many ants on the walls we had to buy repeller floors are so sticky and have so many hairs It totally sucked
