Odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain, contaminant la chambre. Supportable seulement avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Lit peu confortable, couvre-lit très défraîchi. Les draps étaient propres.

Très bel immeuble, logement bien agencé, confortable, très propre. Agréable balcon donnant sur une grande cour calme. Dans la chambre petit réfrigérateur, cafetière et bouilloire, parfait pour un petit déjeuner sur le balcon au soleil. Accueil très gentil et bienveillant. Logement idéalement situé à 200m d'Ortigia, arrêt de bus (105) devant l'immeuble pour aller au musée et au parc archéologique. Bons restaurants dans le quartier. Parking gratuit dans la rue.
