Sangat dekat dengan RS Gleneagles Penang, paling cm jalan kaki 4-5 menit ke lobby RS dari gerbang belakang RS. Banyak warung makan, kalau mau jalan kaki ke tiger foodcourt jg dekat. Ke Gurney drive hawker atau plaza jg dekat dan murah ongkos grabnya. Ke Chew jetty jg ga mahal ongkosnya. Pokoknya bagus. Owner/ Staff jg ramah, quick responses waktu kita tanya atau complain. Disediakan payung gede jg bebas pakai..

Lokasi dekat sekali dg Gleneagles hospital. Tempatnya bersih, saya dapat kamar di atas, kamar dan kamar mandinya bersih. Ada dispenser utk air minum, ada ruang makan dan lemari es.

Agak bingung utk check in, ternyata pas saya chat, hrs menghubungi via wa, awalnya sempat panik, krn udara sangat panas dan saya hrs menunggu di luar.

The owner really thoughtful to prepare universal sockets in the room as I forgot to bring mine. It's a big relief. Location is very close to Gleneagles Hospital Penang, and very quiet. The beds are good. Shower, towel and amenities are provided. And bidet 👍🏻 There's also hair dryer.

非常新且干净，配备非常完善的设施。 公共区域的厨房可以做饭，有冰箱、微波炉以及一切需要的东西，而且都是崭新的。餐厅非常大，还有小客厅，每个地方都配备了很合适且干净的桌椅，非常满意！ 房间里面空间足够，房东配备了足够的家具，衣架、转换插头、置物柜、床头柜应有尽有。 附近有两间茶室，夜宵非常方便，去其他地方打车或者巴士也都很近。

Close to the hospital, easy walking access

Modern rooms in a bright and newly renovated terraced house. The owner responded quickly to any issues. There's a communal fridge and hot/cold water dispenser. The area is a quiet suburb with a few nice cafes and restaurants. There's a bus stop nearby that can take you directly into town in about 10 mins.

I am not a fan of synthetic bedding and the aircon was blowing directly on me which took some time getting used to. There's no free tea or coffee provided. You also have to tell them to clean your room or they will not do it. I heard other guests returning and slamming doors as it echoes in the hallway. It's all self service, so there will be no one to meet you or give advice about George Town, but this was no issue for me. The outside entrance has leaves, so it didn't give me the overall impression the place is cleaned regularly.

The property is very clean. We’re happy that they provide drinking water, microwave, fridge, and some kitchenware for guests. It’s quiet at night as well.

It would be great if guests were automatically sent instruction to get in the property via email on the arrival date. We were frantic on the day we arrived because we arrived quite late after hospital visit and it’s a self check-in property so no one is there to help.it was our fault for not reading the email that we need to whatsapp first to get the password for the door, but the number was not responded immediately. Luckily we’re able to get in after waiting for awhile.
