The apartment is new, comfortable and there is a lot of space.

The towels were absolutely dirty. I am not even sure if they were washed. They had a brown stains in it. The bed sheets were smelling very bad as well. It smelled like someone who hasn’t showered for days slept there. This really disgusted us and I had to sleep in the couch. Also, the company Hi5 was not so responsive. We couldn’t do the check in in their website and it took quite long time for their reply. Also, we asked for later check out and we have never received any answer. In addition, the instructions to get into the apartment were wrong (how to find the apartment and how to lock the door from the outside)
