MAR Y VENT 5A - Fincas Arena

I could not fault the apartment itself, but would not book this apartment until they change their Management company who were TERRIBLE.

We arrived at the Management office and as instructed I phoned Mr Gytis at 02:26 (local time as confirmed on my phone records). Mr Gytis advised he did not have the keys for 5A (our booking) but gave us keys for 2D. Upon arrival at 2D we phoned Mr Gytis to advise 2D was NOT acceptable. Following a prolonged argument with Mr Gytis he eventually arrived with the keys to 5A (which he said earlier he didn't have) but could NOT get into the apartment. Mr Gytis went away and returned with a handyman who also could not get into the apartment. Mr Gytis left again and returned with a locksmith who had to change the lock to gain access. We did not get into the apartment until 04:30 - 2 hours sitting in a stair well (what would this be like if we had small children with us!). Mr Gytis is either very selective in what English he understands or downright ignorant and rude (he asked what a telephone was!) - We have yet to even receive an apology for this fiasco. Furthermore, we had no instructions on what to do with the keys upon check out so had to walk the 20 minutes to the office to hand them in.

Views were incredible and its location was excellent

The property was spacious, very comfortable, clean and had amazing views. Was right on the beach walk and close to shops, bars and restaurants. Exactly what you need for a good base on holiday. We had some slight issues, but they were very quickly resolved.

The place to pick-up and drop keys off is quite a distance from the apartment, we left very early in the morning and the walk up is around 25 minutes. Could do with a drop off point at the apartment. Otherwise the apartment was fab,
