La habitación era cómoda, pero nos toco una con poca luz
ITLa posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. La pulizia iniziale della camera. La disponibilità della proprietaria nel rispondere ai messaggi e la gentilezza nel farmi depositare le valigie al termine del soggiorno per metà giornata.
La stanza non era insonorizzata e la sera si potevano sentire parecchi rumori fuori in strada. La mancanza del servizio di pulizie giornaliero.

CLLa ubicación es muy buena porque está al lado de la estación de trenes. Cuando llegué olía muy bien y estaba muy limpio todo. También muy amable Laura en explicar todo y estar atenta a solicitudes.
El único detalle que tiene es que no hacen la pieza, entonces se acumula la basura.
ESLa comunicación con la encargada o dueña ha sido excelente. Muy atenta y contestaba a cualquier duda super rápido, dando soluciones a las peticiones.
FREverything was perfect, the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the room had everything we needed. Great communication with Laura. She was really reactive and so kind. The location was great, you walk 4 or 5mn to the train station. We absolutely recommend staying here!!! And will definitely come back if we come back to La Spezia.
