Absolutely stunning, comfortable and the view over Gateshead at night is great.. Hot tub is great especially on a foggy wet night

The shower water escapes the bathroom due to slight lean of the bus (sounds super picky) Everything is just lovely

No1 the depot is such a unique property to stay in, we absolutely loved it. It’s been decorated to a beautiful standard which makes it warm and cosy. The beds were very comfortable and the little seating area upstairs was lovely for a meal or relaxing watching tv. The location is idyllic, so peaceful with amazing views. We woke early to see the sunrise which was beautiful. It was well equipped for a few nights break and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The hot tub was relaxing after a busy day sightseeing the local area.
