Location and the concrete building. I felt safe during the Maui storm!

"Worst rental experience I've ever had. Avoid at all cost"

The flat is in a decent location, even though there aren't any nice beaches nearby. There is enough space in the flat for 2 people and the view from the living room window is nice.

The check-in process was the worst I've ever experienced in 15 years of travel around the world. The key in the lockbox didn't work and they kept blaming us for it over the phone. After over 2 hours, late at night, they sent a locksmith to open the door and it took him more than 15 minutes to do it. As soon as we got in, there were cockroaches crawling across the floor. After complaining about it, we were given a different and cheaper flat without AC and they told us they would give us compensation for the horrible experience and reimburse us the price difference. One month after the end of the stay, we still haven't got our compensation or the money back for the price difference. After chasing them, they lied about the new property costing less, even though this is public information on Booking.com, and they stopped responding to my messages. Avoid at all costs, unless you want your holiday to be ruined.
