Everything the room was small and overpriced the pull-out bed was horrible there were not extra sheets no one came to clean our room and if they did we had to pay extra money it was hard for certain Ubers to find us and nothing was really within walking distance everything we did we had to call a car I will not be coming back and I hate it here also we were supposed to have a balcony room and we did not and the TV in the bathroom did not work no one renewed our towels or even check to see if we were still f****** alive will not be coming back zero out of 10 stars for me. Horrible stay had to pay for everything almost had to pay to breathe the air I am pissed. Oh and the pool was closed

FRUSI turned the light on to have my room cleaned but no one ever came and there was no soap to wash your hands with or lotion
AEReception staff were very rough
