Beautiful home with many outdoor spaces to enjoy. Spacious with nice decorations and a comfortable bed.

Two days prior to checking in, we attempted to contact the property, and the management company was unreachable despite messaging them through both booking and their own website.

The location is simply amazing. Rota is a lovely town and the apartment it is very well situatued, close to the beach but also within city center. Very nice apartment distributed on 3 levels, having a lovely design and very nice&wide spaces (nicer than puctures show) with an amazing bedroom on top and spacious terraces. I would come back!

More facilities in the kitchen should be added and also a solution to privide a parking place, even chargeable, must be found.

Superb property, great location close to the beach and restaurants in the heart of the quaint old town of Rota. Wonderful terraces for dining, relaxing and sunbathing that make the property really really special. Quiet, good aircon, very clean and new.

Everything about this place is wonderful! the location, the owner, the place itself!

the only thing I would say was a downside was the size of the hot water heater. with multiple people showering, it didn’t stay hot long.
