Bon emplacement Bon petit déjeuner Terrasse piscine bar super idée avec vue sur la plage Bon accueil, parle français Je recommande fortement

L'accès au parking, demander à la réservation mais à l'arrivée ils n'en restaient plus du coup nous avons galèré pour trouver des places les 2 jours, et payé chaque jours plus de 20€.

Lage direkter Meerblick

Kommunikation mit Management war unbefriedigend. Anfragen für Kundenwünsche wurden wie vor 3 Jahren mit standardisieren Antworten immer abgelehnt. Das Management interessiert sich nicht für individuelle Kundenwünsche. Teilweise sind die Bodenbeläge in den Appartements beschädigt.

The hotel is modern and clean, the location is lovely and is close to the beach. The beds are huge, great showers and the staff are friendly.

Breakfast is only served from 8am so out of our 3 day stay we only managed to get breakfast twice due to having plans early in the morning. A cleaner left our room unlocked with the door open, we complained to reception and they were very apologetic. Our bathroom had a leak from the spotlight, again reception were apologetic but didn’t seem surprised so gave the impression that this is a regular occurrence. No kettle in the room and only 2 coffee pods for the entire stay.
