"Nice location and balcony. Local street outside was not cleaned at all during our stay and the sams dog mess and litter"

Nice bedroom and lounge, kitchen and good outdoor space, lovely patio

The poor plumbing which meant the bathroom flooded twice in the first 24 hours and then the owner had the audacity to blame us when we’d had one shower each and it was obvious the drain was blocked with hair from previous tenants etc. I am not happy at all by the attitude which was shown and our first day/night being ruined by the flooding and there was no mop, we had to use towels etc and then it smelt. Not at all impressed with the managing agent trying to turn the blame on us, rude and offensive. Personally I’d like 1/7 of the cost refunded as our first day, night and following morning were ruined by this and most un relaxing.
