It was very clean and smelled clean.

Although there is a smart TV, I was not told beforehand when I booked the property that I will have to use my personal login details to watch DSTV. I have already exceeded my number of devices on my DSTV Explorer and could not watch DSTV. Please ensure you mention it on your advertisement. I have stayed numerous times in Ellipse and it is the first apartment that asked me to login using my personal login details. Also, there was not even coffee, sugar and milk only teabags. I am not satisfied.

I loved the space, modern furniture and that they basically had everything we needed just the apartment. I totally loved that they had an olives and plates on site which meant we didn’t even have to go far to grab dinner. The bed was super comfortable too. Overall, great space.

The cleaning could definitely be better. I.e basic things like wiping down the dust that accumulates on the tables, tv etc over time and ensuring that that the additional warm blanket is clean at all times esp in winter. Entering and exiting the facility by the security gates can be a hassle but the host was very quick to respond at all times. The unit did not have a heater.

Conveniently located to mall, hospital, petrol station and fast food places like McDonald’s or Nandos. Beautiful views from balcony at sunset. Modern design.

Traffic going in and out of the building was always bad. However this is more about the efficiency of the security downstairs by the gate than the actual property itself

There was one security guard who was not helpful at all.

Cleanliness and that all the utensils I needed were available.
