Non ho mai fatto la colazione perchè mi è comunicato che mi sarebbe stata servita a tarda ora

servizi igienici carenti, lavabo bagno e bidè senza miscelatore, doccia senza spruzzino, con asse fisso su parete in alto, che non consente di sciacquarsi bene e costringe a gesti da contorsionista per raggiungere tutte le parti del corpo con il getto d'acqua, impianto di condizionamento, inesistente, impianto luce soggiorno entrata e scala inadeguato, costituito da fari che si accendono solo in certi punti al momento del tuo passaggio, rischiando di farti cadere prima di arrivarci perchè brancoli nel buio, mi sono servito della luce del cellulare per evitare di cadere, privacy inesistente, per presenza costante padrone di casa

Pues no esta mal, pero no es lo que esperabamos con el precio la verdad, es una casa de familia donde vive una persona y renta una habitacion, no es muy comodo

La limpieza en general no esta muy bien, Massimo es muy majo, pero es una persona algo mayor que solo quiere un poco de dinero y no le interesa mucho la limpieza y la comodidad de los huespedes, la ducha no tiene cortinas ni nada por lo que es muy dificil darse una ducha sin salpicar mucho, el desayuno que dice incluido no existe, la cocina no se puede usar, y el ambiente no es tan comodo ya que la persona que esta esta en su casa y tiene sus cosas personales en la casa y los huespedes estan en medio de todo eso, no me parece un lugar adecuado para ser rentado.

What a lovely find! I stayed 3 nights with Massimo who serves some of the best coffee in the area and had a lovely time in his nice room with an amazing balcony from which you can watch the sunset over the sea!

The stay was very nice, the house is ancient and well maintained. There was everything needed for the stay . Close to the sea side.

A bit noisy due to the hotel nearby, but not disturbing with closed window
