Lage

Wir benötigten ein Zimmer mit Parkplatz im Zentrum, der Parkplatz im Haus war in der Anzeige im Preis inbegriffen. Kaum hatten wir gebucht, erhielten wir die Nachricht des Besitzers, dass der Parkplatz schon an seine 2. Wohnung (im selben Gebäude) vergeben war. Mein Ersuchen um Stornierung des Zimmers wurde ignoriert, stattdessen bekam ich den link eines Parkhauses 8 Minuten entfernt. Die extra Kosten des Parkhauses wurden mir nicht erstattet, das wäre das mindeste gewesen nach dieser Frechheit. Das ist unerhört, von first-come-first-serve stand nichts im Text. Der Preis ist zu hoch für ein Zimmer ohne inkludierten Parkplatz. Außerdem stank der Kühlschrank, im Tiefkühler befanden sich 2 explodierte Bierflaschen (siehe Foto). Im Zimmer liegen Hausregeln auf mit den jeweiligen Strafkosten (siehe Foto)

Two very spacious room with a possibility to have a completely closed parking in the same building. Check in should be done very easily through boxes even if unfrotunately hit didn't go this way for us.

You have to count at least 15 to 20 min walk to get to the olde city center. Even if we didn't get immediately the keys because of an issue with the cleaning lady, the owner offered us the parking and also to stay a little longer the next morning.

entry into the apartment was easy with codes

avoid! i had complaints with the apartment, and contacted the owner from the apartment upon arrival in good faith. through a number of messages back and forth i did not receive help from him or anyone else, neither that evening, nor the following day. facts: - upon arrival in the apartment, it was cold, heater was not functioning with an outside temperature of approximately 10 degrees. with repeated tries, heating could be switched on slightly, room temperature got only better by next day. - as the room was cold, we looked for blankets. there was only one single duvet available for an apartment that could theoretically have 4 people, inspite of what owner claims (not 4 blankets). - the duvet was in a hygienically unacceptable condition, basically disgusting. see pic. - the sheets in the bed had patches of unknown origin, visibly not clean and nor ironed. - the bathroom is covered with mold in many places. - even the shower head that could give clean water was full of mold, not hygienic at all. - owner promised to come and solve these issues (admitted these at that time - seemingly denies them for booking.com) - owner never showed up, never inquired about any furhter assistance. - stained towel - dirty headrest of bed - general feeling of unsatisfactory cleaning services - unfriendly communication

Two bathrooms and spacious

Bathrooms not very clean and location does not feel safe and very noisy! A bit dark with limited openable windows or doors.

We had a wonderful stay in this modern apartment, located in a quiet area, close to the train station and a short walk from the old town. Everything was perfect! Highlights: - Very spacious apartment, ideal for 4 people - 2 bathrooms, which add extra comfort - Fully equipped kitchen - Air conditioning (we encountered an issue, but the host resolved it immediately) - Extremely attentive and kind host; we would definitely return! Suggestion for improvement: A clothes drying rack and an iron would be very useful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!
