Sands II #J3- SeaEsta

The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Even though it's not technically oceanfront it has an oceanfront view because it's on the 3rd floor and we loved sitting out on the deck to enjoy it. The deck is very spacious with plenty of seating. I loved that the front door opened up to the deck so we could drop our sandy and wet stuff off without taking it into the condo. Both keyless and keyed entry is helpful. It is just steps away from beach access. It's a great section of the beach because ice cream carts and beach chair/umbrella rental jeeps go by and there were lifeguards. I've been to other sections of the beach and those amenities weren't available. We never had to get in our car the entire time because everything we needed was in walking distance. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and we took the side street instead of the main road which was nice with a wild 2 year old. Carolina Lake Park is across the street and we were able to safely ride bikes and enjoy the playground. We just couldn't get over how perfect this place was for us and a great value. This was my favorite beach trip and I only wish we had booked it for longer!

Only suggestion is blackout curtains for 2 of the bedrooms so it's not so bright in the mornings.
